Notice of Sole Source Procurement

The Davis-Salt Lake Aerial Spray Authority (DSLASA), on behalf of the Mosquito
Abatement District-Davis and the Salt Lake City Mosquito Abatement District, intends to extend the contract for Vector Disease Control International for Mosquito Control Pesticide Application Service. The Agreement for Aerial Adulticiding/Larviciding/Pupiciding will be extended for a period of two years, terminating on 31 December 2024. This is a sole source procurement. Any person desiring information concerning this sole source procurement or information relating to contesting the procurement may contact Ary Faraji, Executive Director of DSLASA, at the Salt Lake City Mosquito Abatement District office located at 2215 North 2200 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84116, or by phoning (801) 355-9221. The earliest date that DSLASA may make the sole source procurement is 1 December 2022. A copy of information related to the sole source procurement will be available for public inspection at the main office of the District as stated above.
